- Check-in is available after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is required before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Late check-out may be subject to an additional charge.
- Please note that children aged 6 and above are charged at the adult rate. Kindly include them in the number of adults when making your reservation.
- The final bill is settled at check-out.

- Your reservation will be held until midnight (24:00) on the day of arrival.
- In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night in the selected accommodation will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 360 and 7 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will apply.
- For cancellations made between 7 days and the day of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night in the selected accommodation will be charged.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Please complete the payment within 24 hours of receiving the email. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Upon check-in, you will be charged the remaining balance of your stay, less the amount already paid for the first night.

Reservation changes are permitted up to 7 days before arrival and are subject to the rates and conditions applicable on the date the change is made. Changes to or reductions in the length of stay after arrival are not permitted. In such cases, the full amount of the originally booked stay will be charged.
Please note that, in order to protect your personal information, reservation changes may only be requested by the reservation holder. To process a modification request, you will be required to provide the reservation number/code, the date on which the reservation was originally made, and the email address used to confirm the reservation.
Additional services, such as parking, minibar, laundry service, and similar services, are not included in the room rate and are charged separately. Any outstanding balance is payable at the reception upon check-in. Accepted payment methods at the hotel include Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, and cash in EUR or BAM.
By confirming the reservation, the Customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions as well as the individual terms of sale, including, but not limited to, the room description, property description, type of service, reservation date, number of guests, and all other details stated in the reservation confirmation.
The contracting parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably and by mutual agreement. We therefore encourage Customers to contact us directly first at info@hotelplatinum.ba.
